BioJake was born and has lived all his life in central Arizona, mostly in various eastern suburbs of Phoenix. He has studied at local colleges but recently dropped out to pursue gainful employment; his studies left him no time to make any money. He drives a Chevy pickup that has had more close calls than he cares to discuss. He has aspirations of being a well-known drummer, and has cowritten music for a comedy/music collective called Buster Beckett. He does not personally own a dog, but his cousins do; he is also well-known to his wife's cat, though as far as species go he prefers dogs, who are at least willing to occasionally pretend that they are not the ones in charge of everything. He has almost never been in charge of anything.
